Tyntsfield and Portbury Wood Walk

WalkExplorer

If you like bluebells, you can't beat a stroll through Portbury Wood. It is fantastic and a great, uplifting experience in springtime.

Combine that with a visit to Tyntesfield, a National Trust property formerly owned by Lord Wraxall (and also offering teas and toilets!), along with a glimpse at another estate. (I like the walled gardens best myself!)

I have started the walk by the pub in Portbury, but you can also start at Tyntesfield (Waymark 13). There is further parking by the road between Waymarks 15 and 16).

Try the Tyntsfield and Portbury Wood walk out on the FREE WalkExplorer app for iPhone. This walk will be on the Android app soon.
